Burn Mechanics

All burns reduce ONLY the 80% User Earnable Pool. The 20% Team Reserve is never burned. Burn sources: wrong poll answers (1 RBT per wrong answer), transfer fees (1 RBT per transfer), losing team penalties, performance penalties. Burned tokens are permanently removed—circulating supply decreases over time.
